We are not a booking platform with a call centre in another time zone. We are a small operator in San Juan that runs five tours, all of them to places we have been going our whole lives.
Most people come to Puerto Rico, stay on the strip in Condado or Isla Verde, take a photo of El Morro, and fly home. It is a good holiday. It is also about four percent of the island.
Twenty minutes east, the coast road turns to sand and the kiosks start. An hour east, the hills go vertical and the limestone is full of holes with rivers running through them. That is the part we show people, and it is the reason the company exists.
We started in 2022 with one van and no website. Everything since has come from people going home and telling somebody. That only works if every single day out is worth talking about, which is why we cap the groups, why we tell you the hard parts before you pay, and why we would rather move you to a different tour than sell you the wrong one.
Licensed and insured. Locally owned. Still the same van.
No handoffs, no meeting a second guide at the trailhead. The person who collects you from your hotel is the person who goes into the cave with you.

Grew up in Loíza and knows every kiosk on the Piñones road by name and by frying oil. Runs the food tour and most of the El Yunque days. Endlessly patient with nervous swimmers and small children, in that order.
