How we run it

Four things we do not compromise on.

We come and get you

Hotel pickup and drop-off across San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde and Old San Juan is in the price. No rental car, no parking, no navigating a mountain road on the wrong side of a rum drink.

Twelve people, maximum

Small enough that the group moves as one and nobody waits at the bottom of the climb. On the caves hike there are always two guides, whatever the numbers look like.

Leave your phone in the van

Your guide carries the waterproof camera and shoots your group all day — in the cave, under the falls, mid-jump. The photos land in your inbox the same evening. No upsell.

We tell you the truth first

Every tour page lists what will actually be asked of you before you pay. If a tour is wrong for your group, we will say so and put you on a better one.

A small group walking a misty trail through tropical forest
A guest leaping from a rock ledge into deep water
A limestone cave chamber with an underground stream

Every photo on this page was taken on a tour.
Yours will be too.

What people say once they've dried off.

The views are absolutely breathtaking, and every twist and turn feels like something out of a movie.

Prepare to hike, climb, swim, and even jump into the water. Water shoes are an absolute must.

You get completely underwater — with all of your gear — to continue exploring. Nothing else we did came close.

The bit most tour sites leave out.

We would rather lose a booking than ruin somebody’s only free day in Puerto Rico. So here is the honest version, up front.

Read all the questions

Water shoes are not optional.

Closed toe, rubber sole, real tread. Flip-flops and water socks end days early. They cost about $20 on Ashford Avenue.

The cave means going fully underwater.

On the Charco Azul and caves-hike days there is a section where you submerge completely, gear and all, and surface on the other side.

Jumping is always your choice.

The twenty-foot ledge is optional and plenty of people skip it. Swimming and climbing are not optional on the cave tours.

Rain does not cancel anything.

It is a rainforest. We only move you when sustained rain raises river levels, and then you get another date or a full refund.

Ready when you are

Pick a day. We'll handle the rest.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours out. Hotel pickup across the San Juan metro. Tell us what your group can handle and we'll put you on the right tour.
